PRE-ORDER ALLOCATION NOTICE: This is a pre-order and is subject to allocation. If our allocation comes in short and we cannot fill your order, you will be notified and refunded in full to your original payment method.

INCENTIVE COVER ALLOCATION RISK: Incentive (ratio) covers are only made available to retailers based on how many standard copies they order, and distributors frequently cut or cancel them after final order cutoff. To improve your odds, we recommend pre-ordering incentive covers from several vendors.
