Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Pre-order items ship on or shortly after their release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order ships once all items are available — order in-stock items separately if you'd like them sooner.

Domestic shipping (United States)
Flat-rate shipping of $6.99 per order anywhere in the United States. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping
We ship to 27 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Japan, and more. International rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing (USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx). Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Digital items
eBooks and gift cards are delivered by email — no shipping charges apply.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at runeworkscomics@gmail.com and we'll make it right. For returns, please see our Refund Policy.
