Sleeping Dead (Omnibus) FOC October 12, 2026

Frankenstein’s Monster meets Boys’ Love! An unfortunate incident leaves one man caught between dead and alive—and stuck with the man who made him that way. The dark BL manga makes its way to English print in a single omnibus edition! From the mangaka behind Takatora and the Omegas, Loved Circus, and I SAY, also from Seven Seas.Death should have been the end. Instead, an earnest high school teacher named Sada awakens chained to a laboratory slab, his body carved and reconstructed to keep him alive. At the mercy of the brilliant scientist Mamiya, he is remade into something no longer fully human—an experiment sustained by obsession. As buried truths surface and dependency deepens, the line between creator and creation begins to fracture.
