Marvel Age #28 is your all-access pass to the House of Ideas circa July 1985 — the Official Marvel News Magazine packed with behind-the-scenes coverage of The Dazzler, Bill Sienkiewicz, Archie Goodwin, the Ewoks, Elfquest, Captain Marvel, and a tantalizing look at the New Mutants cover that almost wasn't. The striking painted cover by Sienkiewicz himself features Dazzler squaring off against a hulking mechanical giant, all rendered in moody rose tones that scream mid-80s Marvel ambition.
Solid copy with light blunting at the upper left corner, a few minor stress ticks along the spine, slight wear along the cover edges, and a subtle reduction in surface gloss — displays well in hand or on the shelf.
