Detective Comics #667

Detective Comics #667 features the Knightfall saga, part of the epic storyline where Batman's back has been broken by Bane and Jean-Paul Valley has taken over as a more brutal Dark Knight. This issue follows the increasingly unstable Azrael-Batman as he continues his violent crusade through Gotham, showing how far he's willing to go in his twisted interpretation of justice. Written by Chuck Dixon with art by Graham Nolan, this chapter captures the darker turn of the Batman mantle during one of the most significant periods in the character's history.
