Batman #500

Batman #500 marks the epic conclusion of the Knightfall saga, where Bruce Wayne returns to reclaim the mantle of the Bat from Jean-Paul Valley, who has become increasingly violent and unstable as Azrael-Batman. This oversized anniversary issue features the climactic battle between Bruce and Jean-Paul in the Batcave, with Bruce proving that being Batman requires more than just strength and armor. Written by Doug Moench with art by multiple contributors including Jim Aparo and Mike Manley, this milestone issue restores Bruce Wayne as Gotham's true Dark Knight.
