S. S. Enterprise NCC-1701-A. It was the first time a dedication plaque had said that the Enterprise was a Constitution-class ship. The original plaque was designed by Star Trek scenic artist Mike Okuda who supplied us with the instructions he gave to the prop shop. We used them to create this version, which is designed to be hung on a wall. Eaglemoss made a much smaller version of the plaque.
